The secret to secure your phone
Welcome to the GO FOR A RUN, the newsletter that helps you never lose your phone again.
One of the best things about running is it’s a break from technology.
You can’t look at your phone while running. You could even leave your phone at home but you probably want to have your phone with you just in case. You might want to listen to a podcast or make a call.
But the problem is where do you put your phone while running?
You don’t want it loose in your pocket jostling around. That’s super annoying.
You could get one of those armbands. But it’s hard to get to your phone when it’s attached to your bicep.
And you don’t want to carry it in your hand because you could drop it. Or you’ll be tempted to look at it while running which I guarantee will result in you tripping or running into a mailbox (remind me to tell you about the time my daughter DID run into a mailbox… she was a little embarrassed but otherwise fine).
But for the last few years every single time I head out for a run, I bring this one piece of inexpensive equipment that has solved the problem of what to do with my phone.
The flipbelt.
This is a lightweight “belt” that goes around your waist. It’s like a slimmed-down fanny pack that no one else can see.
It has space for your phone, keys, wallet, and even a small snack.
It’s super comfortable and holds your belongings securely while remaining easily accessible.
I never go for a run without it.
So if you’re struggling with what to do with your phone on your run, grab the flipbelt to secure your phone and enjoy your run.
