Hey! I'm Jeremy 👋

As far back as I can remember I dreamed of running a marathon. I was inspired by my dad, who I witnessed go from hospital bed to marathon finish line.

But I failed for decades. And made every mistake.

I'd start with a big burst of energy and motivation, but after a few weeks, I'd get hurt and end up right back on the couch. I'd rest up and try again, only to repeat the cycle. I finally reached a point where I knew I had to change or else I'd be dead before I was 50.

So I changed my approach: more balanced running and a targeted strength training system.

The results have been insane: 12,000+ miles, 12 ultra-marathons, 100-mile race finisher.

What readers are saying

Five star review by Adi Verma, Writer: I'm NOT a runner and I still LOVE Jeremy's content (on Twitter, but especially the emails). Why? Because he's already helped me level up without me running...I've had bad knees for years (a reason I don't run). He recommended an easy 10 mins / day exercise that's brought relief after just one month of trying. Excited to see where this goes! But that's not all... his stories are funny, relatable and "Goggins"-ish in their inspiration (and who doesn't love some Goggins?). His stuff gets me all fired up to push it in the gym! He might just get me running one of these days 😂 Five star review by Pang Tun Yang, Storyteller: Recently, I chanced upon Jeremy's newsletter! My goal was to run a half marathon, and the tips he shared in his newsletter helped me to cover more mileage each week. There were also tips on how to do different exercises to strengthen my feet, hips, quads, and calves. I took his advice, and I've since been able to do over 50% of my previous mileage. The newsletter is full of humor and easy to read as well! You'll not want to miss this one if you love (or hate) running! Five star review by Carol Sullivan, Clinical Dietician: Jeremy is making running accessible to everyone. As a veteran runner and athlete, I would highly recommend Jeremy's Go for a run newsletter for the most well-rounded and thoughtful approach to your training. Five star review by Kieran Drew, Writer: Jeremy's advice on running has been incredibly inspiring. I enjoy his emails. I guarantee you will too.
